Passangers door

This should be an easy one for you.
When I drop the wife off at the shops - well at some point I have to go back and pick her up.
When I do I find I have to stop the car before I can open the door.
I can not reach the door from my seat.
There must be a way of unlocking the door from the drivers seat with out stopping the car.

I have had a quick look at the manual but have found nothing.

Help please.

Push the button with the unlocked padlock on it, it's next to the hazard warning switch
