Hi folks, I need to ask for advice on this one. When I get in my sport my phone automatically connects no problem, my question is that if I play a music on my phone will it play through my blootooth conection into the car ??  2007, HSE, Cairnes Blue, Factory tints, Love it !!!

not on your year, no. I think it was only 2012 onwards for that feature. 2010 onwards have a cable conection istr.  Bodsys Brake Bible

doesn't your car have an Aux in?

The best way is the LR Audio Connectivity Module but its £270 you can then connect and charge your iphone whilst playing music. You can also buy the iLayern BT module (about £25) which connects to the ACM to allow BT Streaming of music. Bodsys Brake Bible

Hi Bodsy, never noticed an AUX socket in the back, but have got some contraption under the armrest that looks like a phone harness, I am guessing  2007, HSE, Cairnes Blue, Factory tints, Love it !!!

I had one of those which I removed.
It was for an old Erikson phone I think.... I was born with a photographic memory. Shame it didn't develop!

The contraption is for an adapter, the latest phone that an adapter was made for is the Amazing Nokia 6320!!!

One way I have got round this in the past is to buy a QED uPlay Puck and plug this into the Aux socket.
You can get a power cable to Puck cable which you run from the back seat 12v power supply to the puck.
You can then pair your Bluetooth audio to the Puck and play this through the system.
It's a bit clunky but it works.
In my 2011 RRS I purchased a Tune2Air device and cable to plug it into the iPod socket - this allows me to use the steering wheel controls to go to next and previous track and control the volume.

If you'd like further info I can give you the part numbers etc.
