If you are looking to wind her up ask her to stand watching the tv through her legs and question whether she see's the picture upside down OR thinks she see's the picture upside down - debate.....

Apparently, you can write on something in UV marker pen and it will show up under Xenon headlights - can't imagine why you'd want to do that Like this site? Buy some RRSPORT goodies to show your support! |

OK, does that speed rating mean they are not DOT certified? If they were, the sidewall would be marked with the letters "DOT", followed by a tyre identification code made of several digits... Thanks. |

Hmm... I'm pretty sure our tyres don't have the word "DOT" on the side. Is this a US requirement, Umberto? I've never bought tyres outside of the UK, but we have speed ratings described by a letter.... 2009 Outstanding Contribution Award - Joint Runner Up 2009 'Tech-Head Of The Year' Award - Runner Up Like it here? Yes, in order to be street legal in the US the tyre needs to be DOT approved, in which case an identification number is always printed on the sidewall. Without DOT compliance, a tyre shop in the US can only mount that tyre on a rim, but cannot install it on a car/truck, as it is illegal (farm vehicles excepted.) Most tyres, even those manufactured abroad, are DOT approved. My 21" Dunlop SP SportMaxx for instance, although manufactured in Germany and currently not sold in the United States, have a DOT number on them. These Goodyears are a bit of a mystery, however. When I inquired about them on the disco3 UK forum, I was told they are DOT approved, but here in the US Goodyear says they are not. I have learned to take anything Goodyear says with a grain of salt. Basically, we are trying to find out why in the world would GY not make these tyres available to US customers, since there is really no other choice for real offroading shoes if you own a Dynamic Pack or S/C Sport and can't "downsize" to 18" rims because of the front Brembos.
