I have looked at that long and hard, hard to tell from pic if any stretching and have sent said pic to a body friend of mine? If not stretched then should be simple to push out by hand fron inside once the panels have been removed as stanted by HAVANK |

I'm going to have a go over the weekend at pushing it out. I'll try and push it out then give it a good polish I think to try and get the scratches out, it'll be better than nothing. Thanks for the tips! 2002 Discovery Adventurer LE
