Also had a thought about getting a security hoop fitted to the boot floor below the insert to fix a loop around the stock for added security. As I understand it, so long as you take reasonable precautions to secure the gun and store it out of sight in the vehicle then you're ok in law. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

 Something like the below for the floor cover should do the job I would have thought? http://www.driftworks.com/flush-fit-lockin...cking.html If you want extra security, then replace the wood of the cover (or enhance) with 5mm steel plate but I would have thought the pins will stop the opportunist and come under "reasonable" precautions. | ||

 i wanted to see what issues there are (if any) making a polystyrene insert to replace the existing and mostly unused styrene infill for the jack etc, to fit my shotgun in its broken form.
