Ok mate, really don't want to sell it but need to sort the new house out so it may have to. The annoying thing is that once the mortgage is agreed i will be be buying another anyway, its just to satisfy the mortgage company

Still looks abit high given the mileage? My 10 reg TDV8 was only £1.5k more from a LR dealer with only 34k miles and a 2 year warranty... 2010 TDV8...

I know you have just dropped the price but that is still more than I have just paid for 11MY with 70k from main dealers. hse lux 1 owner and its mint .
don't know if that's for me or for you.
Have you tried taking it to your local specialist dealers I have previously sold a few cars to dealers, even had a deal already in place on the one just sold on here
Did the same with my D3 and local dealer paid exactly my asking price after no joy on the forum

If you do the work and take it to them you may get the deal you want, it certainly looks clean and may be worth a try
