Hi , bought my dream car 28th dec last year tdv8 HSE black , with black leather seats looks great drives superb But ! And it's a big BUT cus the drivers seat is driving me mad , it has to be the most noisy seat you could imagine , it creeks constantly and I'm not a big guy ( 12 stone ) , I know the seat tracking has worn which causes seat rocking on acceleration and braking which I posted earlier and was pointed in the right direction (thank you ) however I can put up with that but I wondered if anyone else is subject to creeks and groans from the drivers electric seat as they travel along my only cure at the moment is to turn the radio up ! Ps my car is a2008 with 85000 miles on the clock with full service history , just thought I'd mention that , thanks

Need to take it to a dealer, the rocking seat issue is well known and LR modified the seat base and mechanism. My car had creaking seat, was changed and became a rocking chair and was finally fitted with the update at about two years old. 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀
TDV8 Sport HSE...... Gone. Loved it but it didn't love me!!
Now rolling in MY10 Fullfat TDV8 Vogue. Slammed it to go round corners🙈
Cruising daily #56 mph in a Volvo V8. 😱

Hi , do you think I might be able to get it sorted under a non landrover warranty at a main dealer ? Just wondering if this problem is classed as wear and tear or manufacturer fault ? Only way to find out I guess is to phone my nearest dealer tho I doubt any good will come of it 😩

As its a known issue, they can hardly dismiss it. Might be good to speak to customer relations once LR dealer has diagnosed issue  2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀
