BUT I would go to LR with the po17 recall and explain your symptoms as it is exactly the same issue. I would pressure LR to fix this dangerous and well documented fault F.O.C.

At this stage, it probably needs new brake booster and pipe work. Probably also new master cylinder and brake fluid. Bodsys Brake Bible

Ok cool il ring my local dealer tommorow not to sound stupid Dave but what did you say to them? Just inquire about the recall po17! Would be nice if it's just a hassle free fix! I take it that this fault may have just developed on mine as surely the previous owner would of sorted it! Cheers guys

just rang them and asked them to check if my vehicle had had its recall or was it still oustsanding, they said it hadnt been done and they could do it friday free of charge Thumbs Up

Your problem is the oil in the servo issue. Personally, I would get LR to inspect it as tbh, many of the recalls weren't inspected properly, they just changed the pipe.
Once they've inspected it and agreed that there is oil in the servo, then you have a discussion with them about how LR will be paying the bill to fix their safety issue.

But that's because I'm a tight git and I don't like it when product failures of this nature become the owners problem to fix and fund. Bodsys Brake Bible

Took rangy into kentdale this morning and they rang me about an hour later saying servo was full off oil so they are fitting a new one. I wonder what the cost would have been
