I had a very positive experience with LRA when I have my 12 plate RRS too.

Had to use LRA when I got an oil temperature/level sensor warning last month. Different guy to the one that attended a couple of times to my previous Sport but equally knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Not a Disco this time but a big silver van marked "Land Rover Customer Services" (not AA because I chose to wait a little longer for an LR engineer). Current: Volvo XC90 T8 Inscription Pro PHEV with some optionals on top

This guy turned up in a silver van too, I didn't pay much attention to be honest because I was at work.
