Powerflex bushes

Greetings!

Just got my Range Rover sport and loving it!

Getting a little knocking from the front suspension however and I realise that these cars are prone to it due to the weight. I have a question regarding my suspension if you wouldn't mind helping?

I'm looking to buy Powerflex bushes to replace the standard items but when I look there are 2 options for the ARB bushes, one with ACE suspension and one without. How will I know if my car has ACE suspension? It's a late 2009 RRS 3.0

Also, has anyone experience of Powerflex bushes? Do they last longer or are they a waste of money?

Thanks in advance 😀

Tim

Sweden 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HST Java Black

Hello Tim.

If You open the hood, and look, just behind the radiator,
on the left, if You stand facing the car, there is a "filler bottle"
with a yellow cap on it, just like the one for the power steering.

So in short, if You have two "yellowcapped" bottles, You have
ACE.. (ActiveCorneringEnhancement)

Ciao

I have just seen these on eBay from a Land Rover specialist and wondered if they are any good as well. Will be interesting to see what feedback there is on these.

Spain

I don't think they will do much for you ride quality, I tried Polyurethane pollybushes on a Disco 2 that I had, I was like driving a commercial truck, so reverted back to standard within a matter of weeks. In Spain - 2018 F Pace - Frightened away from the Sports due to crank failures
Gone - A couple of RRS, A couple of Disco's. However thinking of another Sport.

Don't fit anything other than standard, I tried polybush they were noisy and clonked, so I went back to the upgraded standard bush back & front and haven't had any problems since.. Thumbs Up

Polybush we make the car very firm, and bouncy, IMHO

Rebushed a D3 for a customer with orange Polys, against my (and others) advice. Lasted 3 weeks before he had them swapped for OEM bushes Thumbs Up

As others have said, if you value ride quality and lack of noise stay away from any type of poly bushes
