If little or no correction is needed then you want a polish with very little 'cut' to it. SRP would do the job but it has fillers which tend to mask fine swirls rather than correct them so I agree, give that a miss.

Lime Prime Lite is a good bet, but remember lite cut polish on heavy cutting pad will provide more cut than a lite on a finish pad, but if I recall correctly LPL is a cleaner with minimal cut, were as DD lime prime has more cut

I think NP is right - it's easier to get the right combination with the MF kit, than it is with various compounds and pads with different cuts to them. It's trial and error really, but you can't do any damage with a DA unless you're trying to. FF 4.4 V8 Soooo looking forward to this bad boy

Don't forget once polished to add a coat of wax or sealant to prolong the finish |
