Front door seals

Hi

Just noticed that the rubber part of the drivers side front door seal is worn and split Big Cry
Does the door seal come in two parts or one part and how easy is it to fit yourself?.

It is a one piece replacement and easy to do, I have done my drivers door seal and tailgate seal. 2006 RRS SC Bonatti Grey (the 55th car/van I have owned)
