2013 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Autobiography Fuji White

Just spoke to a dealer selling the RRS, he said it deffo says HST on the V5. Obviously will want to see it for myself but is there anyway it could say HST on the V5 and not be an original HST?

Just had a look at it. Very scab, scratches every where, seats worn etc :0(
