United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Orkney Grey

So guys, what's the differance between HSE tdv8 and hse Sc, standard tdv8 and standard sc, HST tdv8 and HST sc?

All TDV8 are effectively HSE+ (apart from a few odd early SE specials I believe). The S/C was HSE+ too. Both should have ACC (adaptive cruise control), adaptive xenon headlights, Brembo front brakes, Dynamic Response/Active Corner Enhancement (automatic active anti-roll bars rather than the "twisty road" setting on the terrain response knob). Not sure if the S/C got any other interior trim upgrades over the TDV8.

The HST has a bodykit and, I believe, the rear e-diff (locking rear diff). The rear e-diff was also a cost option on the HSE but hardly ever added. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

I am stuck between getting a none HST but with rear HST bumper fitted to a TDV8, paying about 18K on 2008 with 85k miles or trying to find an original HST.
Or findind a good TDV8 and fitting HST numbers etc

All depends what is important to you, if you dont need the lockable diff etc, and its the look you want...save money and just get an HSE with a HST body kit. When looking for a RRS (id already had a 1st edition with 2012 conversion) i desided the only one i would even consider was a TDV8 HST because of the power economy and the look. I found plenty of HSE models advertised as HSTs because they had a front or rear bumper added. I cant think of a car id rather have at the mo. But a good HSE with a full HST kit wouldnt be a disaster. Gone but not forgotten, 2005 RRS SC first edition, BMW 2010 Z4,TVR Tamora, TVR Cerb, MERC SL 55 AMG, E46 M3, Z4, Jag S type R, Skyline R33 GTR 640 bhp, Evo FQ 400, L322 RR, X5, Lotus Esprit V8 twin turbo, Lotus Elise 135r, Nissan Murano, Honda S2000, 911, Boxster s...and a few more

Yeah I love the HST rear and 2010 front. And the electronic diff would no doubt be never used so doesn't have to be a HST.
Will post some links to cars in a couple of hours, get some opinions

you sure, as no one else gets that mileage, unless you never take it over 2000 rpm ?

18mpg around town ? is your town called Belgium ?

even LR over-blown estimates are not that good

.  RR Sport Supercharged Vesuvius Orange 4.2 V8 First edition

Prefer RR Vouge S/C but they don't do Orange !
