Upgrading interior lighting

Anyone recommend a company to upgrade my interior lighting? Also add puddle lights under my side steps?

£30 for 3 bulbs? seems a bit steep, anyone seen any cheaper?

Also with regards to puddle lights, I've never seen any underneath the side steps. I am aware of a guy that fits them on the bottoms of the doors/door card so display on floor once opened.
