Been on the phone to Road Angel this morning fkarim. They recommend charging the unit for around 12 hours to make sure the battery is topped up.

Thought of that but didn't know if the power output matched. But if you have successfully charged yours without toasting it then I will give that a go |

Yup, as long as it's the iPhone (small 3 pin plug 5w) and not iPad (larger 12w) one then it'll be fine |
