Driverside Front Speaker Distorting when on Phone

Don't know if any of you have come across this but when I'm on the phone using Bluetooth, the speaker which the voice comes through is cracking and distorting. I have tried to offset the volume lower and this makes no difference and also turned the stereo up full blast and again still no distortion, only when on Bluetooth. Any Ideas as I don't want to get a new speaker if its a software problem. Your help/advice would be appreciated - Thanks Roger

Strangely mine is doing that on the passenger side and it needs a new speaker.

Speaker now replaced and back to clear sound
