I saw they were planning on increasing the congestion charge but must has missed the bit about increasing car tax!

The guy on the news did say it was going to be years before any of this would come into action, if it is to go ahead.

Also I think they are totally missing the point here;

They encouraged everyone to buy diesels to reduce Carbon monoxide so nitrogen dioxide increased, so now they are away to try and get rid of diesels and get petrols, so carbon monoxide will increase again along with other things.

PLANT MORE TREES! What you need is an Eco system to clean the air more green land less buildings! But then again that doesn't make money does it

I reckon they forced everyone into diesels over the past few years so they could then tax us, they will now force everyone into some other power variant, and then tax us on that, all planned i reckon
