Texaco cold climate pas fluid

Hi there
I can not find PAS Fluid at any stockists in London or where I live.
Do I need to go to a Dealer or can you suggest somewhere that is either in central London or back in the boonies where I can get some of this?

Its closest thing is CHF11s which is widely used by VW, Audi, BMW, Mini (Central Hydraulic Fluid) don't mix it with Dexron style gearbox fluids (ATF etc) Paul Redding
