Dear all,

My driver's window seems slower these days, and something rattles the window on its way up or down. Ditto for the front passenger window.

I'm keen to find out if this is an obvious fault, so I can skip the dealer diagnosis and go straight to booking the car in for a fix, if possible.

Any ideas what the fault might be?
