Vibration tdv8 2010

I have rr sport 3.6tdv8 2010 I am getting vibration the steering wheel when driving at 55+ I have had it balanced twice? Also when I switch the car off I can hear a squeaking noise from the from for a couple of seconds likes it's off a fan?

I'm not sure if a tdv8 has a viscous fan but it sounds like viscous bearing or a loose pulley. I dont think i would go far in it in case it snaps and causes damage. Grab the fan and see if it has movement side to side Thumbs Up silverRRS 2.7 TDV6 22"WHEELS FULL COLOUR CODE,STEPS,REMAP..gone

That squeaking noise is the turbo actuators cleaning themselves! 5.0 Ltr Superchrged RRS2, Chile Red, Sideways out of junctions!
TDV8 HST Stornaway on a 08.. remapped.. now gone and replaced, was a mighty fine car..
4.2 SC First Edition when they first came out, quick car!
