Wood door inserts, plastic holder for the door latch

Hello,

Please see the attached picture, it shows the front door card with the wood trims. It is necessary for installing the wood trims.

This part (and these for the rear doors) is not listed anywhere and obviously you do not get it (seperately?) from the LR dealer.

Has anybody an idea?
