2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Siberian Silver

heater blower staying on

my heater blower has just started staying on a very low speed even when keys are not in ignition,i know heater resistors can cause weird problems but never had one like this,any ideas silverRRS 2.7 TDV6 22"WHEELS FULL COLOUR CODE,STEPS,REMAP..gone
Rimini red rrs 2.7 tdv6 steps. Full c code. Recon engine!!loved but!gone ,thank god !!
Gone rr sport supercharged. Loved but 11mpg !!!

Have you been driving through any flood water?? 5.0 Ltr Superchrged RRS2, Chile Red, Sideways out of junctions!
TDV8 HST Stornaway on a 08.. remapped.. now gone and replaced, was a mighty fine car..
4.2 SC First Edition when they first came out, quick car!
