Very common failure. However, as yours is an 05 model, they can be blanked, with a pair of £10 plates from Ebay |

Is he talking about the EGR valves or the valves in the head? I would think replacing inlet or exhaust valves would be an expensive game.

I would assume EGR valves, as they are very common.
