Number plates

I am looking for a number plate but I have no idea how to
Start doing this. I am looking for C14 RKE.

Looked at the dvla site but no joy so I was wondering if there was
any way that any of you know how to go about trying to privately find this plate.

Last I found is it was in a Peugeot. That's all I can see though.

Any help greatly accepted.

CL14 RKK is £3,600  RR Sport Supercharged Vesuvius Orange 4.2 V8 First edition

Prefer RR Vouge S/C but they don't do Orange !

For £25 you can write to owner via DVLA. They will forward letter to registered keeper. Used this method to contact a driver when my car was hit and run..... Got witnesses number from CCTV. Thumbs Up 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀
TDV8 Sport HSE...... Gone. Loved it but it didn't love me!!
Now rolling in MY10 Fullfat TDV8 Vogue. Slammed it to go round corners🙈
Cruising daily #56 mph in a Volvo V8. 😱
Lots of other toys in the cupboard...😜
