Oem DVD sound output

Hi all,

Is there anyway of the sound from my factory fitted 6 disc DVD player coming out of the speakers?

Also are there leads to purchase so the DVDs will play from the front screen while on the move? Obviously this is only relevant to passenger and if the sound can be produced from the speakers.
