Very unusual. I know full fats suffer on tail gates but not heard of Sport body panels suffering. Apart from a worryingly rusty underfloor mine had a very small bubble on left hand front arch where there was a rubber seal that wasn't replaced in one of many body removals. It was covered under body guarantee and seal was replaced. In your case I wonder if there is corresponding abrasion on inside of the door from say a wiring loom rubbing or window regulator fouling. It will be covered by guarantee anyway. 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀

I've got this on both rear doors, since 4 years old. Been to 2 different dealers and neither would look at a warranty claim. 2014 Nara Bronze SDV6
