HI All,

Does anybody know where I can find the part no. for the "storage bin" which is located between the AC vents on the low spec 2006-2009 Sports in lieu of the OEM SatNav??

I've had a troll on the 'net but can't find any reference to it and don't have access to LRs Topix to find it.

Any help or pointers would be great

Just had a quick look through Microcat and as far as I can make out the part you are looking for is not listed as a separate item and forms part of the outer dash panel.

I could however be wrong, but it does list the rubber mat for it which is FAH500140PVJ whether that can point you in the right direction or not I don't know.

Sorry not even sure how to post pictures at the moment yet alone a page from a microat disc.

As regards to part number there are a great deal of options i.e. L/H/D R/H/D, Trim Colour, Chassis number etc. however a lot of the earlier part numbers have been superseded to new numbers.

I am hazarding a guess but for chassis prefix 7a on say for L/H/D with Ebony Black Dash the number is LR016796 and most of the numbers being LR01679 with the sixth digit being between 1 and 9 dependent on your specification etc.

Sorry I can't be more accurate than that but I think your best option would be talk to a main dealer, incidentally the price for a new dash including vat is in excess of £500 if you were seriously considering a new part.

That storage bin in place of navi screen comes in one peace with instrument panel upper cover, the whole big and expensive part. I had the one previous and cut that storage pin to fit the navi screen.

Looks like I'm stuffed then. You don't get low spec RRS in the middle east so no breaker will have the upper dash and there's no way I'm buy in the whole thing.

Guess I'll put the SatNav back until I can get a custom storage bin with cover made.
