Hi All,

I am reading and reading so many reviews that my head is all fuzzy now regarding RRS. I have been looking at them for several months hearing good stories and the horror stories. Of course budgets are also a deciding factor of what I can afford.

At present I have seen a black HSE, 08 Plate 40,000 miles and I am almost signed on the line. Its the 2.7 TDV6 version.

Can I have some comments on your thoughts/experience. My commute everyday is 40 miles to work and back, back roads what would the mpg be?

Is most of the earlier problems sorted out by the 08 model?

They are great cars with nothing comparable but.....
They do go wrong, are expensive to fix and require plenty of patience and a warrentee is a must.
It really doesn't matter how well the car has been looked after it will still require attention so buy carefully
Mpg would be in low to mid 20's 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀
TDV8 Sport HSE...... Gone. Loved it but it didn't love me!!
Now rolling in MY10 Fullfat TDV8 Vogue. Slammed it to go round corners🙈
Cruising daily #56 mph in a Volvo V8. 😱
Lots of other toys in the cupboard...😜
