Map light surround removal

I wonder if any of you good people can help me.

Today whilst swapping my interior bulbs for a new set od leds I managed to somehow push the centre light bulb holder in between the two map lights up into the housing,

Is it possible to remove this piece of trim so I can sort the holder out ?

The car is a 55 plate sport

Thanks in anticipation
