I am trying to help a 3.0 TDV6 owner to locate his fuel filter - all searches have only shown up the 2.7.

I have described where it is on a 2.7 but he cannot locate it. So where is the fuel filter on the 3.0 - is it in the same place as the 2.7 or somewhere else completely different.

When they changed the filter to the screw on variety I think it moved slightly to directly above the cross member.
(Now harder to see!)
