how to remove standard vogue supercharged exhaust tips?

Have bought some very nice overfinch exhaust tips for my supercharged vogue but am wondering how to remove the standard tips? Are they welded or bolted on or just need a good wallop with a mallet to remove?

It's tipping down with rain so not able to crack tools out yet!

Vogue is FFRR. There is a site for that. Clue is at the bottom of the RRS homepage 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed
