2007 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Stornoway Grey

Noise....sort of tapping pump noise.

Hi I have a 2008 tdv8.

When turning slightly to the left I get a ticking, tapping noise which sounds from below the centre consul towards the left hand side.

The noise appears when turning to the left slightly uphill. It's difficult to explain, as not like a suspension knock or a cv joint knock.

Sounds like a pump tick. Turn to the left and you get a " tick tick tick" disappears when wheels return straight.

Any ideas ? Tdv8 range rover sport

Have you checked your tyres lately? It isn't the wire on the inside of your tyre that has come through is it and catching the inner wheel arch?

Had new tyres put on last week.

It's sounds like the noise is in the car, under the centre consul or may be glove box Tdv8 range rover sport
