So, there I was driving home from Birmingham yesterday at around 13:30 when I end up in a convoy with 2 other RRS's on the A14.

All 3 of our vehicles were a dark colour, and for all intents and purposes it looked as if we were either a CP team or Police. We didn't hang around and vehicles ahead of us just automatically cleared out of the way. I saw some drivers and passengers in the cars we were passing were pointing and rubber necking.

Then by complete coincidence all 3 of us pulled off on the same slip road at the junction with the A6!

So if any of the forum members are either of the 2 other RRS drivers, thank you for assisting me in making"maximum safe progress" on my way home.

I think i saw them. Did they have two Marked BMW about a mile in front with blue lights on
