TDV6 service

Hi guys

I had my car serviced about 2 weeks ago by a garage that came recommended and ever since I have had a funny vibration that can be felt all over the car, also last night i had a judder when driving up a hill from coming off a roundabout. So today I got the car jacked up to check wheel bearings ( rock test) and they seem fine.

When the car was up I had a look under and noticed the metal under tray. And to me it seems that the bolts holding this in haven't been touched. I tried to undo one and I failed as it was so rusty.

My question is that did they actually change the oil? As it is on the invoice for oil and oil filter. also checked the fuel filter and that is new from what I can see .also there was wd40 on the smaller under pan. ( plus a broken bolt!)

Is there anyway I can check to see if they changed it ( can't really tell from the dip stick) and also what's could be causing the vibration.
Could they have drained the wrong oil!

Scotty

Scotty,

Last week I crawled underneath to change the oil etc.
All the undertray bolts had never been off and one I could not remove without gallons of plus gas, WD40 blowtorch and finally an impact 13mm socket and breaker bar. The oil is not bad however (only done 7k in 12 months) so I assume they suck it out of the dipstick hole.
Oh and by the way, one of the rear undertray bolts was missing...
Sorry, no idea on the vibration. Current: MY15 RRS2 3.0 SDV6 Autobiography Dynamic, Aruba Gold, HUD, Meridian 1700w
Gone: RRS TDV6 2007 Stornaway
Gone: P38 2.5 DHSE

I watched when my oil was changed, and that metal plate underneath came off! SVR 2018 in Santorini Black.
