Where I work I have a company that rents a unit from me and they specialize in making carbon fiber products for motorcycles.
There in the process of entering the car market and expanding but wanted to find out the demand first, so I though this would be a good start.

looking around on ebay and other sites the price for cf is very expensive and if the demand is there they can cut the price down to make it more affordable.
also the cf products on the internet arnt full carbon there made with fiberglass aswell to give a larger profit margin.

The carbon fiber product we can supply is made with either 2.2 twill or plain weave depending on preferance, it is also carbon right through all the layers. there is no short cuts and is made from OE molds so will give a really good fitment.

If your intrested in some products, then list what you want and they can work a price out for a bulk load rather than a individual order.

some ideas so far are

hockey sticks
radio surround
electric window surrounds
air vent surrounds
door handles
side vents

and so on.

It is also not a exchange perchase which will save you driving around with parts missing for a few days. (weeks depending on the posty )

I can attach some pictures of there products so you can see the quality if you want.

Often in business you just have to take a considered judgement and then market your products hard to make money.

It doesn't help when sometimes "hand-made", "custom" means 'expensive' or indeed the opposite 'poor fit' etc etc

Its the classic "chicken and egg"; we can't say yes or no without some idea of price and your guys don't want to commit to making anything without knowing they have a market.
