Two Unarmed Policewomen killed in Manchester

Just read this................he was wanted for murder (with a gun) and they send 2 unarmed female officers to arrest him?????

Manchester is really earning its nickname of Gunchester lately.

In reality VA it is as safe / as dangerous as any major City and a lot of it depends on your wits and deciding it is or it is not a good idea to take this short cut etc etc
