I had the misfortune to awake one morning to find the Audi wing mirror located on the road instead of on the car, I purchased a ne mirror and mirror housing , tried to fit it myself, broke both the mirror & the housing and subsequently went to the dealer, paid 245 quid, yes 245 quid, and got him to do it!!!!

Yep that's about right for the glass. I went through a couple myself.

Best bet is main dealer - £30.53p incl VAT - just bought one.

Couldn't agree more - if you try and do it and the glass breaks, you'll need to buy another one. If you get LR to do it and they break it, then you won't |

You are a brave man, IIRC you have to press really hard on the glass to get it to clip in, wear gloves! purple people eater

Just sucessfully fitted a new mirror glass to the N/S mirror housing thanks to the guide on this thread |
