Whats the symtom?

Hi Everyone,
Yesterday on the way home, I noticed when I released acceleration pedal while the car still going, the engine ref. went up and down within 1000 and 1500. I noticed that the car's speed was a bit affected.
can someone tell me whats the matter? The car 2005 RRS TDV6 HSE with 94k on the clock. 2005 RRS TDV6 HSE Java Black
