Can anybody please identify my problem ?

I have a rrs 2005 and a grinding noise has started and it sounds like its coming from the rear. The noise is worse when vehicle has been stood a while and usually disappears after about 10 minutes driving, it's not when a brake more when I take my foot off accelerator. The noise is very loud sometimes and sounds like metal to metal grinding. I had new discs and pads not so long ago so its not that.

Has anybody had this problem?
