2005 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Java Black

My 4.2 Supercharged

Hi all

I've been floating around the site a while.
After searching and looking at some right sheds, I managed to get this beauty about 6 weeks ago.
2005 (cheap tax ) 48k on the clock, full Guy Salmon history. All new lower bushes and arms just before I bought it. It has sat nav, Harmon Kardon, bluetooth, ACC. I absolutely love it. It is a juicy , but I can live with that. I chopped in the wifes Freelander one for it, with some cash too... WoW!!! What a difference

Anyway, so far it has had new ultimax grooved discs all round. A couple of Toyos, A full service too. I own a bodyshop, so she will be getting a few more subtle mods, mainly colour coding etc. I am also a technical sponsor Of AmD Essex/ AmD Tuning (site sponsor) BTCC race team. The guys down there want to change the pulley, exhaust and then map it, they say it will be over 550BHP then,, they wet themselves laughing when i said foook that,, what about more fuel economy

Anyway, a few pics, sorry about the crap quality, will take some more this week

Please do not forget to post all the upgrades both mechanical & bodywork as lots on here look for inspiration from other forum members experience

Nice... had mine mapped to 420bhp. You do notice the mid range pull. Your mates said the pulley would make a huge difference? i only ask as thats the next mod i'm thinking about. Cheers and welcome to the club.

No mate, i live in Essex but my bodyshop is in Northfleet Kent, I haven't been to Dorset for a few years.

Well AmD already have a customers RRS 4.2 SC running over 500 BHP with the pulley conversion, so I assume its night & day difference mate. Give them a bell, ask for Ben, mention this place and Skipper of Legend Vehicle Specialists, he will look after you

Yeah, as above mate, its www.amdessex.com They only have a few bits for the RRS SC listed, like I said in an earlier post, ask for Ben, mention this place and Skipper from Legend Vehicles,, he will sort out some options and prices for you
