Tried superglue on the broken end then pushed in to mate with the broken jack and pulled out? |

Yes - tried superglue. The problem is just the very tip of the jack has broken off and then been rammed back into the socket by pushing the broken plug in. I can just see no way to remove it without dismantling the RSE unit.

The module in the door that the head phones plug into is very easy to take out of the door, probably more chance of fixing it out of the door and if all else fails you can buy a new one and replace it very easily. |
