What front bumper is this?

I really like the double lamps (are they one driving and one foglight or some other configuration?), and have seen a few with this bumper - any idea what it is and where you can get one from after market?

Mike I think that is VA's old RRS...........they are fogs and spots you can buy them and have them fitted to your new RRS when you get it. Thumbs Up

Oh cool, so it's just the lights not the whole bumper? Fantastic news, I'll be after some of them, then! Yes, was VA's old car I believe.
