Injector Pressure Fault on TDV6 - Burnt out piston

Hi from t'other side....

Just trying to remedy a big issue regards my D3 before we end up sticking a new engine in unecessarily Shocked

2 weeks ago we ran routine diagnostics, error code PO2A2 Cylinder 3 inbalance - fuel trim at max limit

Then we changed that single injector with new OEM recon unit and the car then developed a misfire. We then swapped injector in cylinder 2 with 3, same misfire on cylinder 3 and same PO2A2 code logged.

We then changed ALL injectors and fired him up, first code logged P120F - Fuel pressure regulator, then bled the system, same misfire/fault codes accompanied by fault codes on all other cylinders now showing fuel trim at minimum limit

Has anyone ever had that PO2A2 code, then experienced the same symptoms and how did you cure it? Did you have a burnt out cylinder Whistle

your help would be greatly appreciated coz at the moment the car is in the air waiting for a new engine on tuesday Big Cry
