2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Java Black

Finally picked it up

After a 250 mile round trip, I finally got the new car:

Paintwork was better than I thought, still few little dings on the rear bumper. Interior leather needs a good clean especially drivers' seat, but I'm stocking up on all those products.

Ordered 2010 LED Rear Lights (coming Weds)
Full tints for rear passenger/boot windows (Thurs)
Orderd LR RR Tax Disc holders x2
Been offered some 22" Overfinch Super 7 (replicas) at a decent price

Plan to replace side repeaters with clear ones, get a detachable tow-bar for the bike rack, plan to paint brake callipers Red

And it's only the second day of ownership!

Nice looking car, however try and get some smoked side repeaters not clear, they look better against dark paint.

I went for the Hawke style blacked out ones.. still flash orange and are MOT friendly.

Looks a nice example you have got there Andy, the modding bug will not stop there Colour code next Oh and i'd either replace or remove the rear green L/R badge, i removed mine 2010/11 model cars don't have them anyway seen as you are putting 2010 led rear lights on i'd just remove it.

Yeah I only noticed that today actually. It's coming off either tonight (daylight dependant) or at the weekend.

@ awd man - is it my eyes, the picture perspective, or does your car have a lower front than the rear?

He does have a heavy right foot and brakes quite heavy. so much so anyone following him can't stop in time
