Collected my TDV6 RRS 3.0 on Friday, absolutely delighted with it – but one question re tyres, please.

Excellent speedy responses, thank you all – agree with Mr Chesterfield’s view that while the spare wheel and tyre look pretty robust (unlike a spacesaver), the rolling radius appears to be 3.5 cms. too big, so have asked the dealer to clarify – will let you know their view. Presumably the air suspension wouldn’t compensate for one bigger wheel?

I would have thought the larger rolling radius would have played havoc with the traction control systems as one wheel would have been rotating at a faster rate than the other in all sorts of conditions.

That clever stuff is all beyond me but the sidewall of the spare states "INFLATE TO 60 psi"

Are you sure that the wording does not include the word maximum as in don't inflate any higher than this? |

Get a wheel protector for your spare otherwise at some point it will go walkies!!!! |
