2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Java Black

knocking noise - what else ?

Hi Guys,

I am having the knocking noise repaired next week by my stealer, i assume they will be doing the bushes, any advice on anything else that should be done while they are in there ?

just hit 100,000km

had mine done few weeks ago @ landrover nottingham £120. been great since

Out of interest was that the rear bushes? or the front arm rear bushes? Mines booked in at an indy for rear brakes and rear bushes (£110 for rear bushes) but to replace the front arm rear bushes (which is whats causing my knocking noise) they want £800 (includes wheel alignment) apparently a special tool is needed to remove the bushes so a complete front arm replacement is required

Keep meaning to ring my local main dealer for a price but not yet got round to it! Range Rover Sport HSE and for a bit of weekend fun a S1 Lotus Elise with a few track biased additions!

it says on invoice "replaced front & rear anti roll bar packers" hope this helps what you asked for

I had 2 new front lower arms and front bushes fitted by my local independent @ £365.00 plus VAT, your price looks ing...

lol,you had new bushes i guess.? i had packers,a quick and i guess shortterm fix.?
