Interested in getting feedback on forum members Top 5 mods or purchases

Mine:

1. Colour coded mirrors
2. Mud Flaps front & rear
3. Rubber interior mats
4. Rubber boot liner
5. New style 2012 Black/chrome wheel centre caps RR Sport TDV8 09 Santorini Black with all the trimmings

Yep. All of them. And make sure they are genuine parts to. Much better quality. MY11 Autobiography supercharged. Santorini Black. Monaco interior. Rear screens. Privacy.

Mud flaps are a must gives the side profile of the car a lower stance, side steps are a must too if u don't have them already.

2010 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Bonatti Grey

1. Colour coded tailgate trim
2. Colour coded wing mirrors
3. Privacy glass
4. Clear rear/side and front lights (orange reflector removal from front)
5. Colour coded door handles

Really need 6 as I like the look of the side steps!! Range Rover Sport HSE and for a bit of weekend fun a S1 Lotus Elise with a few track biased additions!

When I was looking for an RRS to buy, I didn't want the steps. When I bought mine it came with the steps. I was going to take them off.

Now? I wouldn't be without them. I think they look ok (the look has grown on me) but more importantly I find they make getting in and out much easier. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

For me it is

1. Exhaust tips (for a diesel). Really makes a difference to the look in my opinion
2. Privacy Glass
3. Side Steps
4. Colour coded door handles (I know I haven't done mine but no-one sells them in Bonatti Grey anymore )
5. Smoked/Black Side repeaters (once again I know I haven't done this yet I'm in discussions with SWMBO as she prefers the look of the standards I love the look of this on a black/grey car. 2011 Autobiography Santorini Black

The most important mod on any car is bigger wheels......driving round in an RRS with 17s is criminal (IMO)

Also when you seen BM's, Merc's etc with 15/16 wheels, get some bigger wheels on there, instantly makes any car look better.

So.....

3. Steps
4. Exhausts
5. Colour code

Fitting floor mats hardley put you on a playing field with west coast customs

You guys are more interested in Bling rather than functionality for a full on four wheel drive - you all sound like a bunch of Metrosexuals

Real men want:

Muddies
A Bull Bar
Winch
Snorkel - not that RAI thingy
LLAMS height controller
Diff locks
Chip on a 2.7
Built in UHF CB
Built in dual onroad/offroad GPS system
Mitch Hitch tow bar

Now you Metrosexuals can go back to drinking your Lattes
