same EU Censored that has introduced "naked streets" to our country - that being remove all signs, road markings and kerbs because it makes the streets a shared space and safer Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter

next you'll be telling me no-LR stamp on the windscreen invalidates the wiper motor warranty

or that driving in the snow invalidates the insurance

or that nitrogen in the tyres makes a difference

or that you should use the handbrake at the traffic lights

Surely not a big job to re-connect the led wires to an ignition live?

Why when the option is there you just select it!!

They can be enabled to run when the ignition is on, i saw that option - explained WTF would you need that on! and moved on

Sorry I was under the impression the Op.wanted just the leds.on not the sidelights and rears.

On any car with drl's the rears are on.

I still dont know why - is the sun not working?

Not on Audi's, the rears arn't on when the DLR's are on. Not on my R8 anyway.

correct Ady

Rears are usually not on with DLR's

It's a visual thing for safety, bikes have been doing it for years and Scandinavian country's have had them as law since the 90's (why Volvo's and Saabs always have sidelights on with ignition) RRS gone

£450 inc VAT - and you have to look hard to see them in the picture. Not sure these are the 1st thing that would alert a pedestrian that 2.6 tonnes of Land Rover is on a collision course.

They probably should be a standard feature but I guess for as long as they can get away with not having them as standard they will because they'll be some people out there that will go for them.

No way should they - they shouldnt be standard on any car.
