United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Zambezi Silver
2006/7 Model Difference

Because I ordered my car for 1st Sep the dealer has just rang asking if I would like to change my order to the 2007 model.

She could not give me details of the 07 spec so thought I would ask what you get for the extra two grand. If it's not a lot then I have the option to stay with the 06 model and price.

Cost to myself is under two thousand pounds although I do have tax free facities. Just interested in what you get for the money otherwise I'll stay with 06 model.

I would doubt not that much. A 4% increase in list price simply because they think that every year an increase is called for. It amazes me how people automatically think they deserve an increase each year even when markets are bad. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

the extra two grand is what they consider their piece of your improved resale value when you flog it on as a 2007 instead of 2006 model. Hopefully of course you should get a model without all the problems the rest of us have been experiencing...................... ha ha ha RRS TDV6 (gone)

i have heard that the TDV6 HSE will go up by £2.5K in July . Not sure what is added but I think sunroof, upgraded Hi-Fi , factory fit PTI. cooler box , plus some more bits , so it will cost more but with a higher spec.

..about 1000 Euros of that amount might be for the emissions particle filter, or whatever that thing is called (in case you are looking at the diesel), but since this is very much a German/Swiss issue, I doubt that UK and other European specs will increase by that much. SOMETIMES YOU'RE THE BUG AND SOMETIMES YOU'RE THE WINDSHIELD

I aked about the V8 when I first heard about it and was told that it wont be available in the Sport.

Think I will just stay with the 2006 model and save a couple of grand.

United Arab Emirates 2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Buckingham Blue

My order will be placed on coming October please do not ask why Laughing
so definitely it will 2007 model
I hope we could see new color for new year...bigger supercharged Wink
to push it for 400 hp plus..ACC-Adaptive Cruise Control with switch between
normal cruise and adaptive, push bottom start switch, less technical issues, like vibration, faulty messages and air suspension faults
I hope to have it with fully aluminum body for less weight similar to first old land-rover and current Jaguar
